Cajun Honey Smoked Sandwiches

 

Savor the flavors of traditional Cajun cuisine with these easy and delicious sandwiches. Zesty coleslaw tops off a creamy salmon salad with just a hint of southern spice.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Cajun Honey Smoked Salmon
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Slaw Ingredients:

  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

1. Combine all slaw ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.

 2. Combine Cajun Honey Smoked Salmon, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, and mustard.

3. Top each sandwich roll with Cajun Honey Smoked Salmon mixture and slaw.

4. Serve and enjoy!
