Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cajun Honey Smoked Salmon
- 4 sandwich rolls
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ½ bunch parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1
Combine all slaw ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Step 2
Combine Cajun Honey Smoked Salmon, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, and mustard.
Step 3
Top each sandwich roll with Cajun Honey Smoked Salmon mixture and slaw.
Step 4
