Cajun Salmon Lettuce Wraps

Ditch the PB&J and grab a sweet & savory Honey Smoked Salmon Lettuce Wrap! Mouthwatering mango slices paired with our Cajun-seasoned salmon will leave you wanting more.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Cajun Honey Smoked Salmon
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 avocado, peeled pitted and diced
  • ½ small mango, peeled pitted and diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 large butter lettuce leaves

Directions:

Step 1 - Prepare Salmon

Step 1

Drizzle salmon with lemon juice and flake with a fork. 

Step 2 - Bowl with mixed up avocado and smoked salmon

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine avocado, mango, and cilantro. 

Placing salmon and avocado mixture into lettuce wraps

Step 3

Divide flaked salmon among lettuce leaves and top with avocado mixture. 

Step 4

Roll up wraps gently, serve and enjoy!
