  • 8 oz Cajun Honey Smoked Salmon
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 avocado, peeled pitted and diced
  • ½ small mango, peeled pitted and diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 large butter lettuce leaves


1. Drizzle salmon with lemon juice and flake with a fork. 

2. In a medium bowl, combine avocado, mango, and cilantro. 

3. Divide flaked salmon among lettuce leaves and top with avocado mixture. 

4. Roll up wraps gently, serve and enjoy!
