- 8 oz Cajun Honey Smoked Salmon
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 avocado, peeled pitted and diced
- ½ small mango, peeled pitted and diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 large butter lettuce leaves
Drizzle salmon with lemon juice and flake with a fork.
In a medium bowl, combine avocado, mango, and cilantro.
Divide flaked salmon among lettuce leaves and top with avocado mixture.
