Honey Smoked Salmon® and Asian Soba Noodles

Traditional Asian flavors get a healthy new spin. Edamame and Honey Smoked Salmon are full of protein to keep you full with this 20-minute meal.


  • 8 oz. Honey Smoked Salmon
  • 8 oz. soba noodles
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup edamame, shelled
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish


Step 1

Prepare soba noodles according to the package.

Step 2

Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, Mirin, ginger, honey, and sesame oil. Add warm water as necessary to taste, then dress noodles with about ½ of the mixture.

Step 3

Add spinach leaves and edamame and mix well.

Step 4

Top with Honey Smoked Salmon and drizzle remaining dressing over the whole dish. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Step 5

Serve and enjoy!
