Honey Smoked Salmon® Avocado Egg Salad

Directions:

For the salad:

• 4 cups baby spinach
• 8 ounces Honey Smoked Salmon®
• 2 hard boiled eggs, halved
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 1 cup cucumber, sliced
• 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
• Fresh dill, for garnish
• Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
• Olive oil, for drizzling


Directions

Step 1

Arrange baby spinach in a large serving bowl or platter.

Step 2

Top with sliced avocado, cucumber, red onion, and hard boiled eggs.

Step 3

Add torn Honey Smoked Salmon® evenly over the salad.

Step 4

Garnish with fresh dill and cracked black pepper.

Step 5

Drizzle lightly with olive oil and serve immediately.
