Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, and cubed
- 10 oz Honey Smoked Salmon, crumbled
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup sliced red onion
- ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp finely minced shallot
- Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2
In a smaller bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together until combined.
Step 3
Toss salad in dressing.
