Breakfast on the go? Assemble this Honey Smoked Salmon Breakfast Sandwich; perfect for an out the door meal or your next brunch!


  • 4 croissant rolls
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 6-8 oz of Honey Smoked Salmon


1. Mix cream cheese and chives into a small mixing bowl.

2. Half croissants and spread the cream cheese mixture onto each roll.

3. Place sliced tomatoes onto each croissant.

4. Add Honey Smoked Salmon into each croissant.

5. If desired, place in oven at 350°F for 5 minutes to warm.

6. Serve and enjoy!
