Ingredients:
- 1 white baguette
- olive oil
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon capers, minced
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 6-10 oz Honey Smoked Salmon
Directions:
Step 1
Slice baguette into 1/2 inch slices.
Step 2
Drizzle each slice with olive oil.
Step 3
Toast baguette slices in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4
Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, and capers minced.
Step 5
Assemble crostini; spread cream cheese mixture on toasted baguette slices.
Step 6
Top with Honey Smoked Salmon and fresh dill.
