Directions:
For the seaweed tacos:
• 1/2 small avocado
• Pinch of kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon lime juice
• Large pinch shichimi togarashi or cayenne pepper
• 2 ounces Honey Smoked Salmon®, flaked into 4 equal portions
• 4 sheets roasted seaweed snacks
• 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
• 1 sesame rice cracker, coarsely crushed
• 1 scallion, thinly sliced
Directions
Step 1
In a small bowl, mash together avocado, kosher salt, lime juice, and shichimi togarashi until combined but still slightly chunky.
Step 2
Lay out roasted seaweed snack sheets on a flat surface.
Step 3
Spread avocado mixture evenly over each seaweed sheet. Top with flaked Honey Smoked Salmon®.
Step 4
Sprinkle each taco with soy sauce, crushed sesame rice crackers, and sliced scallions.
Step 5
Fold each seaweed sheet in half like a taco and serve immediately.
