Directions:
For the flatbread pizza:
• 2 flatbreads or naan breads
• 8 ounces Honey Smoked Salmon®
• 1 cup cooked brown rice or wild rice blend
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 2 tablespoons spicy mayo or sauce of choice
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
• 1 tablespoon seaweed flakes or furikake seasoning
• Olive oil, for drizzling
Directions
Step 1
Warm flatbreads according to package directions until lightly crisp.
Step 2
Spread cooked rice evenly over each flatbread.
Step 3
Top with torn Honey Smoked Salmon® and sliced avocado.
Step 4
Drizzle with spicy mayo and sprinkle with sesame seeds and seaweed flakes.
Step 5
Slice and serve immediately.
