Honey Smoked Salmon® Grain Bowl

Directions:

For the grain bowl:

• 2 cups cooked jasmine or brown rice
• 8 ounces Honey Smoked Salmon®
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
• 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
• Fresh dill, for garnish
• Pita chips or naan, for serving


Directions

Step 1

Prepare rice according to package directions and divide evenly between serving bowls.

Step 2

Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and feta cheese around the bowls.

Step 3

Top with torn Honey Smoked Salmon®.

Step 4

Add a spoonful of tzatziki sauce to each bowl and garnish with fresh dill.

Step 5

Serve immediately with pita chips or naan on the side.
