Honey Smoked Salmon® Grilled Cheese

Directions:

For the sandwich:

• 8 slices sourdough bread
• 8 ounces Honey Smoked Salmon®
• 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy
• 4 slices cheddar cheese
• 4 slices provolone cheese
• 4 tablespoons butter, softened


Directions

Step 1

Cook bacon until crispy and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.

Step 2

Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.

Step 3

Place 4 slices of bread butter-side down on a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Layer cheddar cheese, torn Honey Smoked Salmon®, bacon, and provolone cheese evenly over each slice.

Step 4

Top with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.

Step 5

Cook sandwiches for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Step 6

Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve immediately
