Honey Smoked Salmon® Pasta

Directions:

For the pasta:

• 12 ounces pappardelle or pasta of choice
• 8 ounces Honey Smoked Salmon®
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
• Fresh basil leaves
• Parmesan cheese, for garnish
• Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste


Directions

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Add cooked pasta to the skillet along with reserved pasta water and toss to combine.

Step 4

Gently fold in torn Honey Smoked Salmon® and fresh basil leaves.

Step 5

Transfer pasta to serving bowls and garnish with parmesan cheese, additional basil, and black pepper.

Step 6

Serve immediately.
