Ingredients:
- 2 packaged naan flatbreads
- olive oil
- ½ cup basil pesto
- ½ cup baby spinach
- ¾ cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 8 oz Honey Smoked Salmon, cut into ½” pieces
Directions:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 °F
Step 2
Take the naan flatbreads and drizzle olive oil on top.
Step 3
Spread the basil pesto evenly over the top of the naan flatbreads.
Step 4
Cover the naan flatbreads with baby spinach and crumbled goat cheese.
Step 5
Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-14 minutes.
Step 6
Take the flatbread out and immediately top with Honey Smoked Salmon.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
