Honey Smoked Salmon® Pierogi

Directions:

For the pierogi:

• 1 package frozen pierogi
• 8 ounces Honey Smoked Salmon®
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
• Fresh dill, for garnish
• Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
• Parmesan cheese, for garnish


Directions

Step 1

Cook pierogi according to package directions until tender.

Step 2

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cooked pierogi and cook until lightly golden and crisp on both sides.

Step 3

Transfer pierogi to a serving plate and top with torn Honey Smoked Salmon®.

Step 4

Drizzle with sour cream or crème fraîche and garnish with fresh dill, parmesan cheese, and cracked black pepper.

Step 5

Serve immediately.
