Honey Smoked Salmon® Quiche

Directions:

For the quiche:

• 1 pie crust
• 8 ounces Honey Smoked Salmon®
• 6 large eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup shredded gruyère or swiss cheese
• 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste


Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Place pie crust into a pie dish and crimp edges as desired.

Step 3

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, cheese, dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 4

Pour egg mixture into prepared pie crust.

Step 5

Top evenly with torn Honey Smoked Salmon®.

Step 6

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

Step 7

Allow quiche to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
