Ingredients
For the ramen bowl:
• 2 packs ramen noodles
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 8 ounces Honey Smoked Salmon®
• 2 soft boiled eggs, halved
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 2 sheets nori
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• Sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Bring chicken broth to a gentle boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
Step 2
Add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions until tender.
Step 3
Divide noodles and broth evenly between serving bowls.
Step 4
Top each bowl with torn Honey Smoked Salmon®, soft boiled eggs, sliced green onions, and nori sheets.
Step 5
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
