Honey Smoked Salmon® Mango Salsa Shooters

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced small
  • 1/2 cup English cucumber, diced small
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno, chopped fine
  • 3 tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced small
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped fine
  • 8-12 ounces Original Honey Smoked Salmon

Directions:

Step 1

Combine mango, cucumber, jalapeno, green and red onions, lime juice and cilantro together and mix well.

Step 2

Season to taste with pepper; place small amount (1 ounce) into shooter (shot) glass, top with ¼-½ ounce Honey Smoked Salmon® and serve.
