- 1 mango, peeled and diced small
- 1/2 cup English cucumber, diced small
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno, chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup red onion, diced small
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped fine
- 8-12 ounces Original Honey Smoked Salmon
Combine mango, cucumber, jalapeno, green and red onions, lime juice and cilantro together and mix well.
Season to taste with pepper; place small amount (1 ounce) into shooter (shot) glass, top with ¼-½ ounce Honey Smoked Salmon® and serve.
