Honey Smoked Salmon® Spring Bowl

Directions:

For the spring bowl:

• 2 cups cooked brown rice or wild rice blend
• 8 ounces Honey Smoked Salmon®
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 1 cup cucumber, chopped
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 4 radishes, thinly sliced
• Fresh cilantro, for garnish
• Kosher salt, to taste


Directions

Step 1

Prepare brown rice or wild rice blend according to package directions and divide evenly between serving bowls.

Step 2

Arrange sliced avocado, cucumber, carrots, and radishes around the bowls.

Step 3

Top each bowl with torn Honey Smoked Salmon®.

Step 4

Garnish with fresh cilantro and season lightly with kosher salt if desired.

Step 5

Serve immediately.
