Ingredients:
- 6oz Honey Smoked Salmon, flaked
- 1 ½ cups sushi rice
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey, or sweetener of your choice
- 4 nori seaweed sheets
- 1-2 Tbsp water (to seal nori)
- 1⁄3 cup cream cheese
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Soy sauce
- Wasabi
Directions:
Step 1
Prepare rice according to the package. Stir in rice wine vinegar and sweetener, then set aside.
Step 2
Lay out nori seaweed sheets on a sushi mat.
Step 3
Spread out rice evenly between seaweed sheets, being sure to leave about ½ inch of space from the edge of the sheet.
Step 4
Top rice with a layer each of cream cheese, Honey Smoked Salmon, green onion, and avocado.
Step 5
Using sushi mat, roll seaweed sheets into sushi rolls. Seal the seaweed sheet with water, then cut into even pieces and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
Step 6
Serve with wasabi and soy sauce on the side.
