Ingredients:
- 12 oz Honey Smoked Salmon (any flavor)
- 8 oz onions, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into 2-3 inch “sticks”
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into 2-3 inch “sticks”
- 12 flour or corn tortillas
- 4 oz vegetable oil
- Freshly ground pepper
Optional toppings:
- 18 oz iceberg lettuce
- 12 oz guacamole
- 18 oz pico de gallo or salsa of your choice
- 6 oz sour cream
- 6 oz cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
Step 1
Heat the oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until they are translucent. Add peppers and cook an additional 2 minutes. Toss in Honey Smoked Salmon and add pepper to taste.
Step 2
Fill the corn or flour tortillas with the Honey Smoked Salmon mixture. Top the tacos with guacamole, pico de gallo or salsa, sour cream, lettuce and cheese.
